the location was great and close to many attractions. the staff was helpful with directions, i appreciated that. the room i had, a junior suite, was clean and well-kept.
The shower had low water pressure! it was hard to rinse off properly. the room felt dated, the furniture seemed old. street noise was very loud. It made sleeping difficult.

I booked this stay expecting a certain level of quality, but i found myself quite disappointed. the room i was in felt outdated and wasn't as clean. as i hoped. the shower was particularly frustrating, with inconsistent water temperature. It would fluctuate between hot and cold. also, the street noise was constant and loud. This made it hard to relax or get a decent night's sleep.

fantastic stay in a great location!
spacious roomperfect location
the hotel was very clean. i appreciated the spacious loft room, it was really huge! there were two bathrooms and a sofa bed, quite convenient. the location was perfect, near the metro and within walking distance of the centre.

i found the staff very helpful and attentive! there was always someone at reception. they helped me with every question and provided useful information about the city.

the location seemed acceptable.
I AM dissatisfied with a few aspects. The room lacked air CONDITIONING, very uncomfortable. noise from outside was disruptive when i had to open the windows to cool the room. the shower fixture was not properly installed. It lacked A holder, so i had to hold it to shower.

the loft room provided ample space for my stay. it included a kitchen area, very handy. the location was also a strong point, near wenceslas square.
It was not stroller friendly.
